Urban tomato-growers should be sure to keep a watchful eye on their plants. It is important to keep the plants away from bugs, as pesticides will ruin the benefits of growing produce at home. Additionally, the plants must be properly watered. Tomatoes will begin to wither and shrivel quickly when they become dry.
