Raw Apple Breakfast Pie Recipe

A healthy breakfast treat  (serves 2)

3 medium apples, grated
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 shredded coconut
1/4 chopped walnuts
1 TBSP cinnamon
1 TBSP vanilla
1/2 lemon, juiced
1-2 TBSP Agave syrup (optional)

Combine all ingredients and mix well.  Let marinate overnight (or at least for 30 minutes).  To serve, top with granola cereal.
